About company:

TrustWallet wallet is designed for buying, selling, storing crypto money. Trust Wallet is the wallet of the Binance trading platform, so many users know the app in connection with trading activities.
The wallet developers report that they paid special attention to the security and confidentiality of client data. The program does not store any data other than the address. It is stated that no one, except the owner of the account, can log into your personal account or restore access to it if it is lost.
TrustWallet is based on a Web3 browser, which means that the wallet can be “embedded” in decentralized applications. This is one of the main reasons for the popularity of the program.
TrustWallet
List of supported coins
The wallet works with the following cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC); Ethereum (ETH); Binance Coin (BNB); Litecoin (LTC); Ripple (XRP); Polkadot (DOT); Stellar (XLM); Dogecoin (DOGE); Smartchain (BNB); Dash (DASH); TRON (TRX); Tezos (XTZ); Cosmos (ATOM); Kava (KAVA).
To simplify the process of buying cryptocurrency from cards, Trust Wallet has set up work with an intermediary – Simplex. In your personal account in the purchase section, you can exchange from a card to an account through an intermediary. The developers report that the rate is as close as possible to the market at the moment.
How to use TrustWallet
Working with Trust Wallet begins with installing the platform and registering:
First you have to download the application on the official website of the company, in Playmaker or AppStore.
After installing the program, you need to click the “Create” button.
A 12-word passphrase will be generated for the user. It must be copied and stored in a safe place. It is important to write down this phrase! It will be needed to access the wallet, restore it in case of losing the password. However, the key must be kept secret.
Next, there will be a small system check – you need to put the keywords in the correct order.
Then the user enters the personal account. All available cryptocurrencies are not immediately displayed there. You need to choose the main currency of the wallet yourself.
In the settings there is an option “Wallets”. There, by clicking on the plus sign, you can create additional wallets.
To send or request a cryptocurrency, just click on its name on the main page. The program sends the user to a menu where the recipient’s address must be entered. You can also copy the code to receive funds there.
In the upper right part of the page there is a link to the current market data, the current exchange rate, trading volumes.
Trust Wallet limits and fees
Buying and selling cryptocurrency can be done by replenishing the wallet with a credit or debit card. Replenishment from the card will be suitable at the current exchange rate of the client bank. The transaction fee is 3.5% or $10, depending on the transfer amount.
There are limits on transactions:
The minimum transaction is $50.
No more than $20,000 per day.
No more than $50,000 per month per account.
If we talk about the time frame, then on average any transaction takes 10-30 minutes.
Conclusion
A feature of TrustWallet is that the platform does not require any personal data from the user, documents confirming his identity, etc. It is enough to download the program, install it and start working.
The wallet is distributed in various decentralized applications, it can be accessed by any gadget. This greatly simplifies the work, allows you to carry out operations faster.
The official website trustwallet.com is available in 11 languages. The interface is understandable to users who have never dealt with online wallets before.

One of my wallets was compromised. They took my funds 1 minute after buying on Pancakeswap and seconds before sending them to a safe wallet. Came to the conclusion that probably I had buy some scam coin and someone had access to that specific wallet.

Why the 1 star? Because they haven’t the option to ask for an SMS and authenticator before sending away funds! WHY? Why does binance have that extra safety and “trust” wallet doesn’t?

Maybe cause you work together with hackers and scammers and steal people’s funds.

I followed the wallet that stole my funds, they move about 10 bnb every 8-10 hours. Think about that. They make 1 bnb per hour. And that’s from only 1 wallet and one person. God knows how many people lose their money because trust wallets decides that it’s OK for anyone to get access to your wallet.

Trust wallet uses ramp for payment. I only wanted to buy 6,200. And ramp wanted me to verify. All documents they want I sent. When contacting their ramp support they take forever to get back with you and treat you like crap and then tell you it will be 24 hours before they can assist you. Nope not me I’ll just use another wallet. Get a different partner trust wallet. All my colleagues and friend are switching to coinbase wallet now.

Deposited funds into Trust Wallet (Terra, Luna). Funds zeroed and, and Trust Wallet is entirely non-responsive to my inquiries on what transpired. At least 6 follow-ups within 2-3 weeks; once they closed out the ticket (w/no response); thereafter, entirely non-responsive.

not entirely sure how they would simply allow funds to be transferred without simple 2FA, or the face/finger print you currently use to log into to the app. only just loaded the account, linked it to pancake to swap some coins the whole wallet was emptied in under 24 hours … dumb !!! thanks for actively helping thieves around the world and for giving crypto a bad rep. honestly feel violated and wasted $$ lazy platform they should not operate this way. how can you allow funds to simply leave your account with no verification at all !!

Truly disappointed. I heard such great stuff and when i get it, they make me buy Tron Tokens to make transactions. Im forced to spend $50 for Tron in order to withdraw my $185 and its sickening. How could they do this to people? Theyll squeeze you of anything and everything you got. Now i cant even withdraw my money, its horrible! I cant believe this scam. Make this right by sending me only 17 Tron Tokens please! TUufEKTSV88EbyVpjHwt2cyEM8a5tz3o56

10 k dollars has been stolen from my wallet.

    4 layers of security.

In the name of a RUSSIAN DEVELOPER VIKTOR RADCHENKO.

    YOU ARE A RUSSIAN/CANADIAN DUDE!??

Viktor I hope you see this.

I have sent your support an email, and he has helped me out in the past with your software.

Your security layers are not russian/canadian proficient.

Be careful what you share with the world and promise to people.

    We the people are powerful.

Absolutely horrific customer service. I have submitted countless emails to their support email address only to get vague responses 3-4 weeks at a time. I would not recommend doing business with trust wallet. Good luck with help. I’ve never done business with a platform that only has an email address in terms of contact info. Proceed with Trust Wallet at your own risk! I recommend taking your complaints to the BBB after leaving your review here. Looks like they are trying to flood the bad reviews from this page with recommending an alternative application. Crooks!
